Keith Williams

Keith Williams has dedicated his legal career to advocating for individuals and families affected by accidents, injuries, and wrongful deaths. As the founder of the Keith Williams Law Group, he brings more than 21 years of experience to his practice. Keith is recognized as a Civil Trial Specialist, a certification held by fewer than 150 attorneys in Tennessee and less than 1% of all licensed attorneys in the U.S., awarded by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

A veteran trial attorney, Keith has tried hundreds of cases before judges and juries, securing millions in verdicts and settlements. Notably, he achieved a $6,200,000 verdict for a car accident victim, the largest known in Sumner County, Tennessee. Beyond courtroom victories, Keith has negotiated numerous high-value settlements and represented clients nationwide, from California to Pennsylvania.

Keith's expertise extends to confidential settlements with commercial trucking companies and their brokers. He has represented clients in aviation accidents, including victims of Southwest Flight 345, and pioneered legal strategies in cases against Truck Brokers for negligent hiring.

An esteemed speaker, Keith shares his insights on injury law with peers through various speaking engagements and webinars across the country. He holds Business Degrees from Volunteer State Community College and Cumberland University, and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law.
