Bryan Evan McEachern

Bryan Evan McEachern, a lifelong resident of southeast Texas, completed his education at Port Neches-Groves High School and Lamar University - Beaumont. He is married to Tara Wolfe McEachern, and they have five children.

After spending five years in private practice in southeast Texas, Bryan served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Child Support Division in the Woodville and Nederland offices for four and a half years. In December 2013, he returned to private practice, concentrating on family law, divorces, child custody, and child support in Jefferson County and nearby areas.

In August 2022, Bryan joined the respected firm, Wells, Peyton, Partain, Baldo & Lighty, L.L.P. in Beaumont. Following nearly three years with the firm, he resumed private practice in May 2025, focusing exclusively on family law at the "McEachern Law Firm."

Bryan's mission is to build lasting client relationships based on trust and informed legal advice. He aims to change perceptions of attorneys by prioritizing clients' interests and ensuring they have no regrets about their legal decisions. Bryan believes in counseling clients on their options and potential outcomes, even when it means prioritizing their needs over profitability.
