Greg M. Dykeman

Greg M. Dykeman brings 39 years of legal expertise, representing individuals, businesses, and stakeholders across Texas State and Federal courts. As a board-certified civil trial lawyer, he has conducted over 100 jury trials. His practice areas include False Claims Act litigation, commercial and contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary and probate litigation, real estate and construction cases, and pipeline and easement litigation.

Mr. Dykeman has achieved significant results in False Claims Act cases, representing relators in Qui Tam actions related to defense contracting, pharmaceutical pricing fraud, and logistics overbilling, with recoveries surpassing $65 million. He frequently handles ownership disputes, partnership litigation, breach of contract issues, and real property condemnation and easement disputes.

Courts have recognized Mr. Dykeman's trial proficiency by appointing him as a mediator or special master. Additionally, he is often called upon as an expert witness to testify on the reasonableness and recovery of attorneys' fees.

In his leadership roles within the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Dykeman has served as Chairman of the District 3 Grievance Committee and on the State Bar Professionalism Committee, earning the President’s Recognition Award. He has also been a past president of the Jefferson County Bar Association, Bar Foundation, and Young Lawyers Association.
