Concepcion Jimenez Flores

Concepcion Jimenez Flores is a dedicated personal injury attorney and founding partner of Flores Mendez Law. Her practice encompasses a wide range of personal injury cases, including wrongful death, 18-wheeler accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, dram shop cases, and auto collisions. She serves clients throughout New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona, focusing on helping those who face unfair treatment from insurance companies when they need assistance the most.

A lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas, Connie pursued her undergraduate education at the University of Denver, graduating in 2003 with honors from the National Honor Society. She then attended the University of New Mexico School of Law, earning her degree in 2008 and receiving the Dean’s Award. During her time in law school, she was actively involved in promoting diversity in the legal field, serving as President of the Mexican American Law Student Association.

Connie's professional journey began at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in El Paso, where she had worked as a legal assistant for over eight years before attending law school. In 2016, she co-founded Flores, Tawney & Acosta, P.C., contributing significantly to the firm's expansion to four locations in the southwest. On October 1, 2023, she established Flores Mendez Law with a colleague, opening offices in El Paso and Las Cruces.

Beyond her legal practice, Connie is passionate about mentoring teenage parents, drawing from her personal experience of having her first son at 15. She actively speaks at local high schools, sharing her journey and encouraging young parents to continue their education despite challenges. Her commitment to mentorship is driven by a desire to help others overcome obstacles and achieve success.
