About Daisy Chaparro
Daisy Chaparro, a native of El Paso, Texas, is a committed attorney with a focus on personal injury law. She completed her high school education at El Dorado High School in 2008 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from St. Mary’s University in 2012. During her undergraduate summers in 2010, 2011, and 2012, she gained invaluable experience as a legal intern at Lerma Law in El Paso.
Ms. Chaparro pursued her legal education at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2015. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2015 and the State Bar of New Mexico in April 2016. Her passion for advocacy was evident during law school, where she excelled as both an oralist and brief writer in five national advocacy competitions. She achieved the Top Grade Award in Trial Advocacy and Appellate Advocacy and was honored with induction into the National Order of Barristers.
Throughout her tenure at Texas Tech Law, Ms. Chaparro held leadership roles, including President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and a member of the Dean’s Student Ambassador Corp. She also contributed as a Student Attorney for the Civil Practice Clinic and was active on the Board of Barristers.
After law school, Ms. Chaparro began her career as an Associate Attorney at a personal injury law firm, handling cases such as auto collisions and workplace injuries. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Bar Association, American Bar Association, El Paso Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
