Jason Mark Medina

Jason Mark Medina has been a dedicated attorney with the firm since 2003, following his graduation from Baylor University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Baylor University in 2000. Jason focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation from the firm's Lubbock Office, where he has effectively managed cases involving oilfield accidents, agricultural accidents, and truck wrecks.

In recognition of his professional excellence, Jason was nominated as an outstanding young lawyer by the Lubbock County Bar Association for the 2006-2007 term. He is licensed to practice law by both the Texas Supreme Court and the New Mexico Supreme Court. Additionally, he is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Jason has deep roots in the area and will be marrying Kelli Marshall in October of this year. His father, Sam Medina, has served as a Judge for the 237th District Court in Lubbock County and is currently the City Attorney for Lubbock. His mother, Velma, is a successful real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. Jason and his family maintain strong ties to the West Texas region, including Crosbyton and Plainview.

Jason is actively involved in the Lubbock community, serving on the Board of Directors for Literacy Lubbock. He is an alumnus of the 2008 Leadership Lubbock class and contributes as a committee member for the Lubbock Heart Gallery, an organization dedicated to promoting the adoption of area children.
