Melissa Warrick

Melissa Warrick brings a wealth of experience as a former prosecutor, having litigated high-level felony cases for 18 years across Arizona, Texas, and Washington. She transitioned from government service to private practice to provide the community with assertive legal representation in criminal and family law. Her extensive litigation experience spans thousands of cases, including DWI, Family Violence, Sex Crimes, Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, and Homicide. Throughout her career, Melissa has been committed to fairness and justice.

Originally from Virginia and raised in a military family, Melissa has lived throughout the United States. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in 2004, launching her legal career in Phoenix, AZ. Her passion for law is driven by a desire to advocate for community members.

Melissa has returned to El Paso to establish this firm alongside her experienced former trial partner, Kristin Romero. Together, they have handled numerous contested matters and trials as co-counsel, leveraging their extensive litigation skills to offer clients fair and robust representation.
