Kathleen Fuchs LeFevre

After earning her law degree from the University of Houston in 2012, Kathleen Fuchs LeFevre began her career in family law within the greater Houston area. Her practice has consistently grown, emphasizing key areas such as adult disabled children, divorce and asset division, modification and enforcement of prior orders, child custody, and child support. Kathleen is adept in settlement negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trials.

Kathleen approaches each case with the belief that no situation is 'standard.' Her attention to the unique circumstances of each client contributes to successful outcomes. A native of Houston, Kathleen completed her undergraduate studies at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Business. During her time at Southwestern, she was actively involved in Delta Delta Delta and served as Vice President of the Southwestern University Women’s Lacrosse team.

Currently, Kathleen is a member of the Katy Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Houston Young Professionals. Outside of her legal career, she is an avid sports enthusiast, passionately following the Houston Astros and Texans alongside her husband and two dogs.
