James Craig Swapp

Craig Swapp is a seasoned personal injury attorney licensed in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, and Washington State. His career is devoted to representing individuals who have suffered significant injuries and families who have lost loved ones due to negligent or wrongful actions. His expertise encompasses a wide range of accident cases, including those involving pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcyclists, commercial trucks, buses, cars, and public transportation.

Attorney Swapp has served on the Board of Governors for the Utah Association for Justice and remains an active member of the Idaho, Utah, and Washington State Associations for Justice. A committed member of the American Association for Justice, he and his team at Craig Swapp & Associates are well-regarded in the community for their outstanding advocacy for injury victims' rights.

Mr. Swapp received his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah School of Accountancy in 1988. He soon discovered his true calling in law and pursued his Juris Doctorate at the University of Utah College of Law, graduating in 1991. During his time there, he contributed as a senior editor for the Journal of Contemporary Law. He began his legal career at the personal injury law firm Siegfried and Jensen before founding his own practice, now known as Craig Swapp & Associates.

Outside of his professional commitments, Attorney Swapp enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Susan, and their five children. He is passionate about travel, reading, and community involvement. Dedicated to child safety and legal accessibility, Mr. Swapp supports Justice for All, an organization providing legal representation to those who cannot afford it.
