Brett Anderson

Brett Anderson, a founding partner of the Utah-based law firm Anderson & Rogers, has been representing clients statewide for more than ten years. Raised in Utah County, he completed his business degree at the University of Utah before earning his law degree in Oregon. He has adeptly handled numerous cases in personal injury, criminal, divorce, business, insurance, and real estate law. His client base includes injured individuals, insurance companies, businesses, doctors, and fellow attorneys who trust his legal expertise. Most of his clients come through referrals from satisfied former clients.

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Utah State Bar. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Criminal Law and Procedure at Utah Career College.

Previously, Mr. Anderson served as a prosecutor for the cities of American Fork, Lehi, Cedar Hills, and Riverton. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases before Utah judges and juries. Known for his fair yet vigorous pursuit of justice, he has argued in most Utah courts, including a notable victory in a complex insurance case at the Utah Court of Appeals. Additionally, he successfully defended a client against serious charges in a widely publicized case, with both decisions published.

Mr. Anderson is fluent in Japanese and enjoys fly fishing. He actively participates in the Boy Scouts of America, supports Utah Valley University wrestling, and cherishes time with his wife and children.
