Kurt B. London

Kurt B. London is a seasoned personal injury attorney in Lehi, Utah, serving as a partner at London | Harker. He adeptly manages cases involving car accidents, commercial truck and bus incidents, pedestrian injuries, and more. His expertise extends to wrongful death, dog bites, slip and falls, and premises liability claims.

Kurt earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 2012. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a paralegal for a prominent Utah disability law firm. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2016.

During law school, Kurt was an active member of the legal community, serving as an editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review, and president of both Phi Delta Phi and the Trial Advocacy Team. He participated in various Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions nationwide, earning the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service, as well as the Public Interest Service Award.

After law school, Kurt worked with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, advocating for wrongfully convicted individuals. He then joined two of Utah’s largest personal injury firms, Robert J. DeBry and Associates and Craig Swapp and Associates, where he honed his skills in litigation and client advocacy.

Kurt is proficient in managing all phases of injury cases, from pre-litigation to trial. His experience includes conducting small claims trials, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials. Currently, as a plaintiff’s injury attorney at Robert J. Debry & Associates, he is committed to achieving just outcomes for his clients throughout Utah.

Outside of his legal practice, Kurt enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, swimming, and reading.
