David Perry

David Perry is a dedicated Estate Planning attorney at the Law firm of Perry & Perry in Logan, Utah. With a career spanning more than 29 years, he has expertly guided clients through wealth transfers, succession planning, charitable giving, probate, trust administration, and related tax issues. His extensive experience includes setting up thousands of trusts and wills, ensuring clients' assets are protected and efficiently managed.

David's educational background includes a JD from the Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University and a BA from the School of Accountancy at the John Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. This strong foundation supports his comprehensive understanding of both legal and financial aspects of estate planning.

In addition to his legal practice, David was the president of National Seminars of America, where he actively promoted and led seminars focused on Asset Protection, Corporations, and Estate Planning. His commitment to education continues as an adjunct professor at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where he teaches business law, trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
