Benjamin Allred

Benjamin Allred, the founder of InjuryStrong, is a seasoned attorney with a focus on personal injury and insurance bad faith claims. Based in Saint George, Utah, Benjamin is licensed to practice law within the state. Raised in St. George, he graduated from Desert Hills High School and pursued a degree in Communications, graduating cum laude from Utah Tech University (formerly known as Dixie State University). During his time there, he served as the Sports & Recreational Club representative in the Student Government.

Benjamin earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law, where he received the prestigious Cali Award for his paper on “Perfect Compensation and Tort Liability” in the Law & Economics class. His legal education was further enriched by an internship at the Shawnee County Prosecutor’s office, where he gained significant courtroom and trial experience.

With over three years of experience in personal injury law, Benjamin has successfully secured numerous favorable settlements, including a notable $1M recovery. His approach emphasizes clear communication and customized legal solutions, ensuring clients are well-supported through the complexities following an injury.

Outside his professional life, Benjamin is passionate about rollercoasters and plays the guitar. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the Utah Jazz and Kansas City Chiefs. He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his wife and their three dogs.
