Jeffrey Weaver

Jeffrey Weaver established Prenup Pros, the pioneering law firm in Virginia focused solely on marital agreements, including prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Since 1999, Jeff has crafted contracts for clients and now leverages his extensive experience to provide prenuptial agreements for clients in Texas, Virginia, Florida, New York, Nevada, and New Jersey. His mission with Prenup Pros is to offer marrying couples affordable and comprehensible prenuptial agreements, driven by his belief in the importance of considering a prenup. This conviction stems from his personal experience with the benefits of prenuptial agreements and witnessing the adverse effects of contested divorces on families and children.

Before founding Prenup Pros, Jeff was a litigator in Florida for two years. He later earned an MBA from Emory University, graduating at the top of his class and gaining membership in Beta Gamma Sigma. In 2005, he relocated to Loudoun County, Virginia, to enhance his previous firm, Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, by contributing his legal expertise.

Jeff's prior practice included preparing and reviewing prenuptial agreements for LegalZoom clients across multiple states. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Florida, New York, Texas, and New Jersey, and holds a document preparer license in Nevada.
