Attorney Robert "Bob" McClain has spent the majority of his 18-year legal career dedicated to public service within the criminal justice system. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, Bob began his legal journey as a prosecutor at the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. In 2011, he advanced to the role of Deputy Commonwealth Attorney, where he served until 2020. Subsequently, he joined the Prince William Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as a Senior Assistant in the Homicide/Violent Crimes section.
