Steven Gabert

Steven C. Gabert, a graduate of Marquette University (B.A. 1983) and West Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1986), has built a distinguished legal career. He is admitted to both the West Virginia Bar and the Wisconsin State Bar.

Commissioned in 1983, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain. As a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer, he provided legal services at Camp LeJeune, NC, representing Marines and Sailors in Special and General Courts Martial, and offering pre-deployment legal advice. After completing his active duty in 1990, he focused on personal injury law.

Attorney Gabert spent a decade as a trial attorney at Kondos Law Offices in Milwaukee, WI, before co-founding Action Law Offices, S.C. with Attorney Michael D. Leffler in 1999. He is recognized as one of America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.

He is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin, and all state courts in Wisconsin. Additionally, he is a member of the American Legion.
