Tom Grieve

Tom Grieve founded Grieve Law, LLC in October 2013, which has grown into one of Wisconsin's largest and most acclaimed criminal defense and DUI law firms. The firm is highly regarded for its commitment to representing clients throughout the state during challenging times.

Outside the courtroom, Tom is a notable speaker and has addressed the University of Wisconsin Law School on behalf of the Federalist Society about the 2nd Amendment. He frequently participates in national panels for the United States Conceal Carry Association and serves as a guest legal commentator on the Vicki McKenna show on Newstalk 1130 WISN and 1310 WIBA. His expertise has also been featured on National Public Radio, Wisconsin Public Radio, and Fox News national.

Tom has been interviewed by various local television news stations in southeastern Wisconsin regarding criminal and constitutional law. He edited the "Wisconsin Guide for Armed Citizens" for the National Association of Certified Firearm Instructors.

In addition, Tom has spoken on constitutional and criminal law at college campuses and non-profit groups across Wisconsin. He has provided lectures on criminal defense, firearm, and constitutional law to attorneys and judges, contributing to seminars and Continuing Legal Education credits (CLEs). Many clients are referred to the firm, and Tom offers free initial consultations.
