Frank M. Gagliardi

Frank M. Gagliardi, a partner at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, dedicates his practice to personal injury law. He serves individuals and families in Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and other Wisconsin communities affected by auto accidents, trucking crashes, dog bites, unsafe premises, and medical negligence. Frank has managed thousands of personal injury claims and has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts. His expertise spans catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, and complex liability disputes.

Prior to joining MacGillis Law Group, Frank was a Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge. This role enriched his understanding of the legal system and honed his skills in litigation, case assessment, and courtroom strategy—skills he now uses to advocate for injured clients.

Frank earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. As a lifelong Kenosha County resident, he remains deeply involved in his community. He has served as a board member, President, and Safety Instructor for Lakeland Little League and currently coaches high school softball with the VA Glory Softball organization to support student-athletes in securing college scholarships.

Outside his legal practice, Frank enjoys family time.
