Luke Wagner

Luke Wagner was born in St. Paul, MN, on July 21, 1980. His early years were spent in Minnesota, where his father, Mike, was a practicing attorney. At age four, his family relocated to Menomonie, WI, where he attended the local school district and graduated high school in 1998. During high school, he played football and baseball, notably serving as a quarterback for the undefeated 1997 Menomonie football state championship team.

After high school, Luke initially enrolled at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. However, he soon transferred to the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire to be closer to Northwestern Wisconsin. While at UW-Eau Claire, he took the opportunity to study abroad at Southern Cross University in Lismore, Australia. Luke graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Inspired by his father, Luke pursued a legal career and attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline) in St. Paul, MN. During law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for a personal injury attorney in Maplewood, MN, and interning as a certified student-attorney at the St. Croix County District Attorney's office in Hudson, WI. He passed the Wisconsin Bar Exam in 2005 and the Minnesota Bar Exam in 2006.

Returning to Menomonie, Luke began practicing law alongside his father in 2005. He focuses on personal injury cases in Eau Claire and Northwestern Wisconsin. In his leisure time, Luke enjoys participating in a Woodbury softball league and volleyball leagues in Menomonie and Chippewa Falls. He also cherishes time with Hank, his mixed lab rescue dog adopted in February 2010.
