About Tyler J. Claringbole

Tyler J. Claringbole joined Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2015 after gaining experience as a law clerk at the firm. He focuses on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, banking, employment law, commercial and residential real estate, and municipal law. Appointed by the Outagamie County Circuit Court judges, Tyler serves as a Commissioner of Condemnation for Outagamie County.

A native of the Fox Valley area, Tyler graduated from Freedom High School. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, majoring in Finance, Investments, and Banking. During his undergraduate studies, he spent a semester at the University of Sydney and completed an internship with Merrill Lynch.

Tyler obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was the Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. He also interned for Chief Judge William M. Conley at the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

In addition to his legal practice, Tyler is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities and a member of its Alumni Association. He contributes to the community as a coach for the Appleton West High School varsity mock trial team and serves on the scholarship committee for the annual Red Smith Sports Awards.

Outside of his professional commitments, Tyler enjoys sports and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
