John W. Menn

John W. Menn serves as a partner in the bankruptcy and insolvency group at Steinhilber Swanson LLP in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He joined the firm in 2009 after earning his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Menn's practice focuses extensively on consumer bankruptcy, farm reorganizations, and business reorganizations. He adeptly represents individual and business debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases, as well as in adversary proceedings. Additionally, he negotiates settlements outside of bankruptcy and assists clients facing foreclosure by defending their cases and resolving defaults through Chapter 13. He has also facilitated numerous home mortgage modifications through the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program and direct negotiations with lenders.
