Laureen Anderson

Laureen Anderson-Stepanek has been dedicated to complex immigration law since 2002. She earned her degree in History and Political Science from Illinois State University, pursued postgraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside, and achieved her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Ms. Anderson-Stepanek's legal career began on the corporate side, where she advised on non-immigrant employment-based visas, PERM processes, international relocations, and foreign labor employment matters. As her practice evolved, she expanded into family immigration and removal defense, focusing on criminal issues and appellate cases, including federal court appeals.

She is passionate about assisting families with waivers, adjustment of status, and naturalization. Ms. Anderson-Stepanek is a member of the Illinois Bar, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
