Eric Maciolek

Eric Maciolek is a distinguished attorney in Green Bay, Wisconsin, known for his commitment to criminal defense. He earned his degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, which fueled his interest in forensic science within legal contexts. In 2004, Eric entered DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where he consistently made the Dean's List and honed his skills in criminal trial law.

During law school, Eric participated in a competitive trial advocacy program, ranking among the top students. His dedication to criminal law was further demonstrated through his work in Chicago’s inner-city felony courtrooms, where he litigated real cases as a student attorney. Eric's involvement in DePaul’s Death Penalty Clinic allowed him to engage deeply with serious criminal cases in Cook County, Illinois, where he interviewed clients, drafted motions, and prepared for trials.

Eric also gained valuable experience with the Federal Defender Program in Chicago, where he researched federal criminal cases and even tried a federal case while still a student. After graduating, he relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin, and passed the state's Bar Examination. Since then, Eric has handled over 2,000 criminal cases across multiple counties.

A respected member of the legal community, Eric has served as a board member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys for nine years, contributing to the growth and development of Wisconsin's legal professionals.
