Patrick Campbell

Patrick Campbell is an Associate at Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, LLP located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has dedicated his legal career to criminal defense, representing clients in municipal, state, and federal courts.

Patrick's passion for criminal law was ignited during his law school years in Madison, where he served as a law clerk for Judge Ralph Ramirez at the Waukesha County Circuit Court. His commitment to the field was further reinforced through his participation in the Prosecution Project Clinic at the University of Wisconsin and an internship with the Portage County District Attorney’s Office.

After earning his degree, Patrick worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Sheboygan County before returning to Waukesha to continue his prosecutorial duties. His prosecutorial experience includes handling jury trials involving OWI, arson, fleeing, armed robbery, and other serious charges.

Transitioning to defense, Patrick has practiced in both Milwaukee and Madison, managing a broad spectrum of felony and misdemeanor cases. Notably, his first jury trial as a defense attorney resulted in a rapid 15-minute acquittal in an OWI case.

In recognition of his dedication to his clients and the legal profession, he was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyer magazine in 2024.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Patrick serves as a Board Member at CelticMKE, the organization behind Milwaukee's renowned Irish Fest. He enjoys spending his free time with his fiancée, Lorien, exploring the parks and breweries around Milwaukee County.
