Kimberly M. Holloway

Kimberly M. Holloway has been practicing law in Casper, Wyoming, since passing the bar in July 2019. She earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May 2019. Her connection to Casper dates back to 2003 when her family relocated there, and it is the birthplace of her youngest child.

Kimberly's deep commitment to her community is evident through her service on the Casper City Council from 2009 to 2013 and over five years on the Casper Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Her civic engagement also includes roles with the County Hospital Commission, Recreational Services of the City of Casper, and the Regional Joint Powers Water Board.

Before pursuing law, Kimberly completed her undergraduate degree in Communications/Journalism at the University of Wyoming in 2014. Influenced by her colleague and friend, Mary Ann Budenske, she began law school in 2016. During her studies, she gained practical experience through the Civil Legal Services and Family and Child Law clinics, assisting underserved Wyoming residents with legal issues.

Kimberly has been involved with the Poverty Resistance Thrift Store and the PR Food Pantry for over fifteen years, working and volunteering to meet community needs. This involvement has heightened her awareness of the demand for affordable legal services in Natrona County. Her practice primarily focuses on family law and probate, aiming to offer accessible legal assistance to clients who might avoid legal representation due to cost concerns.
