Dana L. Reynolds

Dana L. Reynolds is a distinguished family law attorney located in Edgemoor, Delaware. She graduated with a B.S. Degree from Cornell University in 1994 and earned her J.D. Degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, in 2006. Her early career included serving as a law clerk for Senior Judge Jane R. Roth of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Chief Judge Chandlee Johnson Kuhn of the Family Court of Delaware. She also gained valuable experience as an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.

In 2010, Ms. Reynolds established the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC. Her practice focuses on various family law specialties, including divorce, property division, and alimony; prenuptial and separation agreements; child custody and support; termination of parental rights and adoption; guardianship and visitation of minors; parentage; egg and embryo donation; and gestational surrogacy.

Ms. Reynolds is passionate about pro bono work, representing children through the Office of the Child Advocate and supporting victims of domestic violence via the Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.

She is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Reynolds is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Melson-Arsht Inn of Court.
