M. Elizabeth Graham

M. Elizabeth Graham is a principal at Grant & Eisenhofer, where she spearheads the firm's complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation specialty. As a member of the Executive Committee, Ms. Graham has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals, families, and small businesses harmed by large corporations. Her extensive expertise includes mass tort, consumer fraud, product liability, environmental, business torts, and sexual assault and retaliation claims.

Ms. Graham has served as Lead Counsel in multi-million dollar claims and participated in various Plaintiffs’ Executive Committees for complex actions. Her previous experience as national defense coordination counsel in product liability and environmental litigation further showcases her diverse legal acumen.

Currently, Ms. Graham represents thousands of injured victims in disputes against corporations, including pharmaceutical, medical device, public utility, and tech companies. She holds roles such as Liaison Counsel, member of the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Law & Briefing Committee. Notably, she was a lead negotiator in the In re Essure Product Matters settlement, securing $1.6 billion for injured women, and served as Co-Lead class counsel in the In re Columbia Gas Explosion Cases, achieving a $143 million class action settlement.

Additionally, Ms. Graham advocates for survivors of sexual assault and harassment, including cases involving workplace incidents, educational institutions, and trusted professionals. Her representation includes a former female executive of Tinder in sexual assault and retaliation claims, addressing forced arbitration provisions.
