Ajay Pallegar

Ajay Pallegar is a prominent criminal defense and DUI attorney based in Tampa Bay. With a robust background as a Former State Prosecutor, Mr. Pallegar has successfully handled over 50 criminal jury trials and 50 bench trials. His academic credentials include degrees from the University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law.

As a Former Pinellas County Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Pallegar honed his skills by trying more than 100 criminal cases to verdict. He was appointed to the domestic violence division at the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office, where he gained specialized training in handling cases involving battery, assault, and domestic violence injunctions. His expertise extends to DUI cases, supported by comprehensive training.

Mr. Pallegar's DUI credentials are extensive.
