Alyson Battaglia discovered her passion for law early in life, which led her to pursue a legal career. During law school, she gained diverse experience through clerkships in fields such as Wills & Trusts, Probate, Family Law, Criminal Law, Construction Law, Health Law, and general litigation. However, her true calling emerged in advocating for injured individuals.

Since passing the bar in 2008 and joining Legler, Murphy & Battaglia, LLP, Alyson has dedicated her practice to personal injury law. She finds deep satisfaction in representing clients against the powerful insurance industry, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights protected.
