Brice Zoecklein

Brice Zoecklein is a seasoned attorney with a primary focus on Plaintiff's Civil Litigation. Operating throughout Florida, his team handles cases in probate administration, estate litigation, insurance claims, family law, and business law. Raised in Blacksburg, Virginia, Brice attended Virginia Tech, graduating cum laude with a degree in business management. During his time at Virginia Tech, he successfully managed several franchises in Virginia and North Carolina.

Brice earned his juris doctorate degree cum laude and a Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law. At Stetson, he was chosen to participate in national and international judicial competitions, achieving victory in a National Moot Court competition. His experience also includes work at the Center for Advocacy of Elder Law and an internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

After graduating, Brice initially worked at a large insurance defense firm with statewide offices. However, he soon shifted his focus to plaintiff advocacy and consumer justice, finding it more fulfilling than corporate defense work. Brice is committed to representing plaintiffs and advocating for consumer rights. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys family time and volunteering in the Tampa Bay area.
