Bruce Kirk Eason

Bruce Kirk Eason began his academic journey at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. His legal career commenced in New York City at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he worked as a legal assistant in the real estate division.

Kirk pursued his legal education at Stetson University College of Law, earning a full merit scholarship, the highest honor for incoming students. During his studies, he received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award and studied abroad at Nankai University in Tianjin, China.

Since graduating, Kirk has focused his practice exclusively on litigated real estate matters in Florida's civil courts. He has served as lead counsel in over 1,000 disputes, with some cases gaining media attention on Bay News 9 and ABC Action News.

Kirk is deeply committed to community service. He has contributed as a coach for Eckerd College's Ethics Bowl Team and has been recognized for his volunteer work. In 2013, he received the Young Lawyers Volunteer of the Year Award from Community Law Program, Inc., and in 2016, he was honored with an Honorable Mention Award from the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
