Dana Laganella Gerling

Originally from a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dana Laganella Gerling has established a successful practice in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Elder Law in Bradenton, Florida. She earned her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut, graduating Cum Laude. During her time in law school, Dana was recognized as the Best Advocate of the Northeast Region.

Dana's commitment to affordable and high-quality legal services has earned her recognition, including being voted Best Courtroom Professional in East Manatee County by Living Out East Magazine. Her passion for assisting her community is evident through her educational efforts on vital topics such as Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Surrogates.

As a founding partner of Affordable Attorney, Gerling Law Group Chartered, Dana focuses on protecting her clients' interests in a client-centered firm. She currently serves as the President of the Manatee County Florida Association of Women Lawyers and has been a Board of Directors member with the Sarasota County Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Dana is also affiliated with both the Manatee County and Sarasota County Bar Associations.

Dana holds an undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. An avid animal lover, she cares for two dogs and actively supports animal-related organizations in her community.
