Martins I. Imudia

Dr. Martins I. Imudia brings a unique blend of personal and professional experience to his practice in immigration and nationality law. With over 27 years in the field, he has supported a wide range of clients, including both businesses and individuals. As an immigrant himself, Dr. Imudia offers invaluable insight into the complexities of immigration processes. His journey into immigration law began with his own visa challenges, which fueled his passion for helping others navigate similar obstacles.

Dr. Imudia's extensive educational background includes an LLM in Admiralty and Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School and a JD equivalent from Abo Akademi University in Finland. He also holds a DBA in Supply Chain from Walden University and a PhD in Sustainability from Akamai University.

Throughout his career, Dr. Imudia has handled diverse cases, from business and employment immigration to humanitarian visas, including U, T, and VAWA cases. He has made significant impacts in the lives of clients who are victims of labor or sex trafficking and abused spouses. One notable case involved assisting a client in obtaining an EB-2 NIW green card by developing a natural product line for the U.S. market.

Dr. Imudia is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, admitted to practice before the Louisiana State Supreme Court and the Federal District Court – Eastern District of Louisiana since 1997. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association – Central Florida Chapter.
