Christopher L. Lufrano

Christopher L. Lufrano leads Lufrano Law, LLC as the managing courtroom counsel and principal. With a focus on securities investment disputes, regulatory corporate law, real estate law, and business services, he provides comprehensive legal representation. Licensed in both Illinois and New York, Mr. Lufrano frequently travels across the United States to advocate for investors in FINRA securities arbitrations, where state law permits.

Mr. Lufrano graduated from Boston University with a major in Business Management. After college, he joined Morgan Stanley as a fixed income trader, where he obtained his Series 7 and 63 licenses. Concurrently, he attended Pace Law School at night, graduating cum laude. During law school, he contributed to the John Jay Legal Services Investor's Rights Clinic, offering legal assistance to clients of limited means in FINRA arbitrations and mediations.

His early legal career included an internship with a New York State Surrogate Court Judge and work in a small New York-based law firm's stock fraud practice, where his team recovered over $10 million for investors. He also worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, LLP, defending a major investment firm against significant regulatory fines and civil liability.

After gaining substantial experience in securities law and regulatory defense, Mr. Lufrano founded Lufrano Law, LLC. The firm is built on the principle of providing personalized, one-on-one attention to each client.
