In 1993, Mr. Kottaras established his own law office in the Chicago-Loop, which has been operating continuously since its inception. During this period, he served as general counsel for a local real estate developer, managing several commercial properties. His practice encompassed real estate leasing, litigation, and transactional law. Following the developer's retirement, Mr. Kottaras transitioned to an independent practice.
