Daniel Hurst

Daniel Hurst, one of the founding partners of Hurst & Hurst Law, has established his legal career in Danville, Kentucky. Originally from Berea, he considers relocating to Danville a pivotal decision in his life. It was in Berea where he met his wife and law partner, Rebecca Hurst.

Before pursuing his legal education, Daniel served as a Military Police Officer in the Marines. During his service, he was deployed to Iraq in 2006, where he worked as a turret gunner, focusing on identifying and neutralizing roadside IEDs to protect both American and Iraqi lives. He was honorably discharged in 2008.

Following his military service, Daniel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2010, followed by a Law Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013. Since obtaining his law license in 2013, he has been dedicated to serving Danville and nearby communities.

Daniel specializes in injury litigation, including car and motorcycle accidents, big truck accidents, slips and falls, and dog bites, as well as criminal defense.
