Before pursuing his legal education, Daniel served as a Military Police Officer in the Marines. He was honorably discharged in 2008.
Following his military service, Daniel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2010, followed by a Law Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013. Since obtaining his law license in 2013, he has been dedicated to serving Danville and nearby communities.
