Rebecca Hurst

Rebecca Hurst serves as the Managing Partner at Hurst & Hurst, Attorneys at Law, a firm she co-founded with her husband, Daniel Hurst. Her practice areas include Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury. Rebecca is known for her commitment to providing clients with essential legal services and continually enhances her skills through ongoing courtroom education. Rebecca was born and raised in Berea, Kentucky, where she learned the value of hard work on her family's farm. This upbringing influences her approach to law, emphasizing diligence and dedication. An enthusiast of Tennessee Walking Horses, she has been involved in raising, training, and showing them for decades. Her commitment to community service includes active participation in the Humane Society for over a decade.

Rebecca earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013. She has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 2013.

Before establishing Hurst & Hurst Law, Rebecca gained valuable experience working with the United States Attorney’s Office and clerking for Justice Noble at the Kentucky Supreme Court. Since 2013, she has been practicing law in Danville, Harrodsburg, and nearby areas, focusing on family law issues such as divorces and custody disputes, bankruptcy cases, and personal injury incidents like car accidents and slip and falls.
