Bruce Gudin

Bruce E. Gudin is a distinguished senior supervising attorney at EPGP, focusing on Landlord-Tenant Law. He also holds the role of counsel to the New Jersey Property Owners Association. Mr. Gudin began his legal career after being admitted to practice in 1989, following his graduation from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Mr. Gudin completed his undergraduate education at Farleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, and C.W. Post in Long Island, NY, where he earned a B.S. Degree Magna Cum Laude in business. During his time at C.W. Post, he was honored with the Wall Street Journal Award for outstanding academic achievement.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Gudin has been a prolific lecturer on topics such as Debtor and Creditor Law, Credit and Collections Risk Analysis, Landlord/Tenant Law, and Residential and Commercial Evictions in New Jersey. He also covers Commercial Leasing Considerations and Section 8 Housing in New Jersey. His lectures are regularly hosted by the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services.

In addition, Mr. Gudin has delivered seminars on Landlord and Tenant matters for the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education. He is actively involved with the New Jersey Apartment Association, where he provides consultation on legislative issues impacting the multi-family housing sector.
