Elizabeth is adept at establishing and funding family limited liability companies and other corporate structures to facilitate the transfer of personal wealth and family businesses across generations. She provides practical solutions to ensure clients' assets are transferred according to their wishes, both during their lifetime and after death. Her expertise also encompasses elder law, special needs planning, and guardianships.
