Erdal Turnacioglu

Erdal Turnacioglu is a seasoned attorney specializing in employment law. With a robust career spanning multiple roles, Erdal has honed his expertise in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. His journey in law began after completing law school, where he initially worked in-house at a major New York City insurance company, focusing on motor vehicle accident defense. Despite this early focus, Erdal remained committed to his passion for employment law.

In 2010, a pivotal moment occurred when he attended a seminar titled, “How to Handle an Employment Discrimination Claim.” A federal magistrate judge's statement, "Employment is part of your identity; it defines who you are," resonated deeply with him, becoming a cornerstone of his professional philosophy.

Erdal's career took a significant turn in 2014 when he joined a plaintiff's side employment law firm. There, he adeptly represented clients in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the States' Divisions on Human Rights.

By 2015, Erdal expanded his practice to include defense work, representing prominent medical providers like RWJBarnabas Health and University Hospital. In 2019, he further defended public entities against employment claims from public officials and employees.

In 2022, Erdal founded Erdal Employment Law, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive employment solutions for both employees and businesses. His services include litigation, employee handbook reviews, workplace investigations, and training seminars. Erdal is enthusiastic about the opportunity to assist clients in this new endeavor.
