John Schmidt Jr

John Schmidt Jr. is a distinguished attorney with a focus on employment litigation, including whistleblower claims, discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and restrictive covenant issues. With more than thirty-five years of experience, John has consistently represented management across all facets of labor and employment counseling and litigation. His expertise includes tackling employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and restrictive covenant violations.

John possesses extensive courtroom experience, having tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. He has presented arguments before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

In addition to his litigation work, John has arbitrated various labor matters and managed cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
