Justin M. Gillman

Justin M. Gillman, Esq. has been practicing law in the areas of Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy, as well as Foreclosure Prevention, since 1997. He is admitted to practice in the New Jersey and New York State Bars, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Gillman earned his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).

He has presented seminars on Bankruptcy and Foreclosure at the Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference of the New Jersey Bar Association, focusing on the Bankruptcy Code, and for the National Business Institute on Residential and Commercial Foreclosure and Bankruptcy topics. Additionally, Mr. Gillman has been featured on New Jersey Channel 12 News discussing consumer mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy issues in residential home development.
