Spencer Sandusky

Spencer Sandusky joined The Resnick Law Group, P.C. in Bloomfield, New Jersey, in the Fall of 2025, transitioning from over two years as a dedicated law clerk. During his clerkship, Spencer honed his skills by drafting key legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, discovery demands, and legal briefs, contributing to successful client outcomes. Now, as an attorney, he leads consultations, negotiations, and discovery processes, while also assisting with depositions, trial preparation, and other advanced legal matters.

Spencer received his legal education from George Washington University Law School, focusing on business and employment law. He served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Nota Bene, the school's official student newspaper, overseeing the publication of articles that highlighted significant workplace issues, reaching a global audience of students and alumni.

His commitment to employee rights was further developed during his tenure at the U.S. Capitol, where he worked for Congressman Josh Gottheimer. In this role, Spencer drafted memos advocating for the expansion of employee protections and provided guidance on complex employment matters, including policies for special government employees and the termination of federal workers.

Before attending law school, Spencer graduated magna cum laude from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, completing an accelerated three-year program with concentrations in finance, economics, and international studies. His business background and experience in running a small business have been vital in supporting the firm's growth. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Spencer contributes to the firm's marketing initiatives.
