Frederick P. Sisto

Fred Sisto is a seasoned criminal defense attorney known for his extensive experience in handling cases throughout New Jersey, particularly in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. He holds a degree from Rutgers College and a law degree from Rutgers School of Law, graduating with Dean's List and Distinguished Service Honors in 2007. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar the same year, Fred began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge (later Justice) Jane Cutler Greenspan of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Fred Sisto's career commenced at the Office of the Public Defender in the Ocean trial region, where he honed his skills as a trial attorney. In 2009, he established his private practice, successfully representing clients in a variety of criminal cases, from motor vehicle and drug offenses to serious indictable offenses, including homicides. His education at Rutgers included studying abroad in Spain, and he remains fluent in Spanish.

Since 2008, Fred has shared his expertise by lecturing on criminal law and procedure at Ocean County College. Beyond his legal work, Fred was a New Jersey State Champion in tennis and recently completed the 26.2-mile New Orleans Marathon.
