John P. Paone, Jr.

John P. Paone, Jr., a renowned Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney, is the founder and senior partner of the firm. With an extensive career spanning over four decades, he specializes in family law, including child custody and divorce. Mr. Paone has assisted hundreds of families and has been actively involved in leadership roles across several professional organizations.

As a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Attorneys, Mr. Paone is recognized among the top 100 divorce attorneys in the United States. His expertise has been acknowledged by the New Jersey Supreme Court, which has appointed him to numerous committees focused on divorce and family law. He is an active member of the Monmouth, Middlesex, and New Jersey bar associations.

Mr. Paone has served in several prestigious positions, including past Chair of the New Jersey Bar Association Family Law Section and Past President of both the Middlesex County Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers New Jersey Chapter. He has also been a past Chair of the Supreme Court Board on Attorney Certification and a former member of the Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education.

In 2018-2019, Mr. Paone was the Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Family Law Committee. On a national level, he is affiliated with the American Bar Association, Family Law section.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Paone has received numerous accolades, such as The International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Outstanding Ability in Courtroom Advocacy, the Middlesex County Bar Association Family Lawyer of the Year, and the New Jersey State Bar Association Distinguished Legislative Service Award.
