Nicholas Moschella

Nicholas A. Moschella Jr., a native of Livingston, NJ, has been a long-standing resident of Ocean County, maintaining professional ties across Monmouth and Middlesex Counties. After graduating from Brick Township High School, he attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, where he played on the baseball team. He later earned his Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School.

Nicholas began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable James N. Citta, J.S.C. (Retired) in the Criminal Division of Ocean County Superior Court in Toms River. He then transitioned into private practice.

In his role as a Municipal Prosecutor, Nicholas served 22 towns across Ocean and Monmouth Counties. He is certified by the State of New Jersey in the Operation and Administration of the Alcotest 7110, the device used to measure Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) in DWI prosecutions.

Nicholas's legal practice spans Criminal Law, with a focus on DWI Defense. He also handles cases in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Domestic Violence / Restraining Orders, and Real Estate Law.
