Brian P. Latimer

Brian P. Latimer has dedicated over 37 years to helping families in New Jersey manage the complexities of divorce. He began his legal career after graduating from NY Law School in 1988. Following graduation, he had the honor of clerking for the late Honorable James A. Kennedy, JSC, in the Family Division of Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold, NJ.

In 1989, Brian joined Jacobowitz & Grabelle PC, a prominent Family Law firm in Monmouth County. He became a partner in 1994 and served the firm for 23 years before establishing his own practice in 2012. Throughout his 33-year career, Brian has focused on Divorce and Matrimonial Law.

Early in his career, Brian was actively involved with the Monmouth County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the Monmouth County Domestic Violence Working Group Committee. His dedication to community service was acknowledged through awards from the Women's Center of Monmouth County in 1991 and 1999.

Brian has been recognized as one of New Jersey's Best Lawyers for Families by New Jersey Family Magazine/NJfamily.com. He is consistently rated as a "Super Lawyer" and a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Attorney.
