Jaclyn E Alston

Jaclyn E Alston is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., working from the firm's Marlton, New Jersey office. She focuses her legal practice on employment law and civil litigation, adeptly handling cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

Ms. Alston earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2020. As part of Rutgers' Bachelors/Juris Doctor Dual Degree program, she completed her degrees in six years. During her final undergraduate year, she began her legal studies at Rutgers Law School with the support of a Dean’s Academic Scholarship.

While attending law school, Ms. Alston gained significant experience through a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Steven Polansky, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Camden County, New Jersey. In this role, she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and observed various civil proceedings. Additionally, she contributed as the New Developments Lead Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

In 2021, Ms. Alston joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk, where she honed her skills in the litigation process and client service in employment law cases.

Currently residing in Somerdale, New Jersey, Ms. Alston enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
