Natalie M. LaRosa

Natalie M. LaRosa is an associate attorney with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where she works from the Marlton, New Jersey office. Her primary areas of practice include employment law and civil litigation, handling cases related to discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims, as well as business disputes and business law.

Ms. LaRosa graduated from the University of Maryland in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. She pursued her legal education at Rutgers Law School on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship, completing her degree in January 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she gained practical experience as a legal assistant at the Law Office of Karel Petraitis, focusing on civil litigation and family law.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Ms. LaRosa was actively involved in the Executive Board of the Women’s Law Caucus, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She further honed her skills in civil litigation as a Law Clerk at LaRosa Law, P.C., where she conducted legal research, drafted motions, and developed strong client relationships.

Her journey into employment law began as a law clerk at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., in Marlton, where she gained significant experience in employment matters and the civil litigation process.

Currently residing in South Jersey, Ms. LaRosa is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers at the Burlington County Animal Shelter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
