Alan Louis Augulis

Alan L. Augulis established his law firm in Warren, New Jersey, to concentrate on estate planning and elder law. He is recognized for his commitment to educating others through seminars that are both informative and engaging, making him a sought-after speaker in his field. Mr. Augulis collaborates with financial professionals to align his clients' financial plans, investments, and tax strategies with their estate plans.

Certified by the State of New Jersey, Mr. Augulis teaches Continuing Education courses for financial planners and insurance agents. In 2017, he co-authored the book The Ultimate Road Map to Estate and Legacy Planning.

Mr. Augulis earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and business administration from Seton Hall University, graduating magna cum laude and being inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi honor societies. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and pursued further legal studies in tax laws, obtaining a Master of Laws from New York University.

An active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mr. Augulis participates in its tax, probate and estates, and elder law sections. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
